Return Policy:

We are happy to assist you with your return.  If there is an issue with an item you received, please contact us immediately so we may assist you.

Clearance

All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. Any promotional/flash sale items with a discount of 25% off or more cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. All sales are final on earrings, seamless bottoms, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items.

These items are all FINAL sales and cannot be returned to our warehouse:  

  • Personalized or Monogrammed Items

  • ALL seasonal/holiday Items

  • ALL Accessories - including: Jewelry, Totes, Bags, Purses, Sunglasses, Hats, and Scarves)

  • Jeggings and Leggings; seamless bottoms

  • ALL Sale Items - Super Deals, Flash Sales, Clearance, and Items with Discounts of 25% or more

All items being returned must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. 

• Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that are returned and appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it does not qualify as a return.

Store Credit

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.

• ALL returned items are for Store Credit Only, absolutely no cash refunds. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

***Please note that store credits will never expire***

If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Damage to the shoe box make the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.

• When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

• Exact colors may vary due to lighting or computer monitor resolutions. These reasons do not qualify as defects and the buyer must pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

• Once we receive your return, they will be processed within 4-7 business days and you will be issues a store credit through your customer account email.  The credit will be of the price of the items or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the item to you.  We are not responsible for the return shipping, you will be responsible for that..

• If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Defective Items/Replacement

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you.

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please follow washing instructions as we are not responsible for items that are not properly washed.
